Daikin Polyflon PTFE M-112 is a modified polytetrafluoroethylene virgin granular fine cut resin.This next generation molding powder has been specifically designed for use in small to large billet compression molding. It is particularly well suited for flex applications, such as diaphragms and bellows, that require an extended service life compared to that of conventional PTFE.It exhibits excellent creep resistance and weldability characteristics.

POLYFLON PTFE M-18F is a polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) grade. Exhibits superior heat resistance and chemical resistance. Because of the small particle size and sharp particle size distribution, molding articles show excellent properties. It is designed for compression molding. POLYFLON PTFE M-18F is recommended for compound with various fillers as the base powder.
POLYFLON PTFE M-139 is a polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) grade. Provides excellent flowability, high apparent density and good secondary processing such as welding. Exhibits superior heat-, chemical- and creep resistance. POLYFLON PTFE M-139 is designed for compression molding.
POLYFLON PTFE M-393 is a polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) grade. Exhibits superior heat- and chemical- resistance. Provides high apparent density, excellent flowability, small particle size, sharp particle size distribution and low electrostatic charging property. POLYFLON PTFE M-393 is designed for compression molding. Recommended for deeper filling for mold and transferring powder by air.
POLYFLON PTFE M-531 is a free-flow polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) virgin grade by Daikin. Offers chemical stability, excellent electrical properties, heat resistance, chemical resistance, non-sticking, low friction properties and dielectric characteristics.
POLYFLON PTFE M-531 is suitable for processing by compression molding, automatic molding and ram extrusion. Used in packings, gaskets, diaphragms, bellows, corrosion-resistant linings, piping components, pump parts, O-rings, V-rings, bushings, slide bearings, insulating skived tape, insulating sleeves, terminals, connectors, sockets, spacers, electronic parts and laboratory equipments.

Daikin PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) has the highest melting point and lowest friction, and is the most inert of all the fluoropolymers. It has a continuous service temperature rating of 260 Deg C (500 deg F). Molding powders are excellent, fine cut granular resins, well suited for a variety of demanding chemical, mechanical, electrical and non-stick surface applications. Molding powders are available in homopolymer and modified grades. Typical applications include thin skived film for electronic parts, laboratory equipment, gaskets, diaphragms, O-rings, slide bearings, V-rings, pump parts, seals, sheet lining, mold release films, filled compounds, bellows, impellers,containers and high purity bags.
POLYFLON PTFE is composed of polytetrafuluoroethylene, the most commonly used fluoroploymer. PTFE has a very long chain molecular structure in which all of the hydrogen atoms of polyethylene are replaced by fluorine atoms.PTFE is superior in heat resistance and chemical resistance compared with the other plastics. These properties result from stable chemical structure consisting of only carbon and fluorine atoms with the highest electro negativity.
